Our firm has successfully handled thousands of cases involving temporary and permanent work visas through labor certification and exceptions to labor certification, relative petitions, and all matters relating to naturalization and citizenship.
Temporary work visas that we assist with include, but are not limited to, those for specialty workers (H-1B), intracompany transferees (L-1 managers, executives and those with specialized knowledge) through individual petitions or under L-1 blanket approvals, visas under NAFTA for Canadian and Mexican citizens, treaty traders and investors (E-1, E-2), athletes, performers, culturally unique aliens (P-1, P-2, P-3) and aliens of extraordinary ability (O-1).
